Sub : request for postponement of annual examination
Ma’am,
It is observed that the number of cases of COVID-19 has been growing rapidly in the past few days in our state. A lot of students from our school have already been tested positive. Therefore I, on the behalf of every student, request for postponement of the Annual Examinations which are destined to be held from 25th February. Gathering in the school for the exams sounds like a dangerous idea during the current scenario, where the situation is almost out of control for the government.
Therefore, it is better to postpone the examinations for a certain time frame and conduct them online instead. Through this step, a lot of students will prevent themselves from coming in contact with the deadly virus. It is said that health is wealth. So, in order to appear in the exams, one must be fit and healthy; which seems pretty doubtful in case of offline exams during this threatening times.
I am really hoping for positive response from your side which will be beneficial for every student. With extreme due respect I want to once again request you to postpone the upcoming Annual Examination and conduct it online.
